Our return policy is 30 days. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product is damaged upon receipt of your package.
- We made a mistake in the colour or size.
- You placed an identical order twice in a row due to a bug.
Returns or exchanges are not possible if:
- The size does not fit and you wish to change it. For hygienic reasons, we cannot make any size changes.
- You want to cancel the order after you have placed it because you saw a better offer elsewhere.
- You made a mistake in the shipping address (if this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com)
- If, after having received the package and having used it, you wish to return it because it does not meet your expectations.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
After your request has been approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be recredited to your card with 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
1. If you have not yet received your refund, please check with your bank account first.
2. Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be delays.
3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time, which differs for each bank.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
We will replace an item if it is defected or damaged. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can exchange your item.
To make a return or refund, you must show us proof of purchase.
It is your responsibility to pay for your own shipping cost when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund has been approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.
